Return and Exchange Policy

Terms & Conditions:

  • Items purchased from our online store can be sent back for exchange, contact our customer service via WhatsApp or Email if you wish to initiate an exchange.
  • Our representative will share an exchange form which must be filled and kept inside the parcel to be dispatched at our warehouse.
  • We do not accept onsite exchanges, the items must be sent through a traceable courier service.
  • The customer will be responsible for both ways courier charges.
  • Daigen & Co allows its customers to exchange the purchased items subject to following conditions.
  • The customer has submitted a request for exchange (via email, or WhatsApp) within 7 working days of delivery.
  • The customer in his/her exchange form has stated the reason(s) why he/she wishes to exchange the item;
  • The item is in its original packing and the price tag is intact.
  • The exchange form is completely filled.
  • Items has no emits, odors, perfume scents, stains or anything which suggests the item was used or washed.
  • Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. If an item bought on regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at sale price.
  • Daigen & Co has the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange.
  • The customer must be responsible for both ways courier charges for exchanges.
  • Upon the acceptance of request for exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer service.
  • Purchases are valid for exchange and store credit within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Cash Refunds are not applicable as per our policy. In case of return, we can provide store credit which can be used to purchase any other products from our store.
  • Damage & Claims:
  • Daigen and Co takes complete responsibility of its products and customer satisfaction is our utmost priority.
    The replacement of Damaged item(s) will be allowed if the item(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect, shipment of wrong size or wrong item. The complaint has to be raised within 2 working days though (WhatsApp or email) after receiving the parcel. Please allow one week for the processing of damage and claims.

Shipment Policy

  • PKR 200 will be charged on order value of less than PKR 3000. We provide free shipping for orders valued above PKR 3000 in Pakistan.
  • We ship all over Pakistan in a time span of 4-5 days.
  • Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city and area are mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
